Wire Preparation

• MODEL: WSS - 01, Is an automatic wire - sizing cum stripping machine to cut and strip all type of solid insulation like PVC, polyester and rubber. The machine can take single or Double wire feed and can process Hook-up wires, twin-wires or ribbon Wires upto 12mm width.
  It is a motorized machine that can process wires at the rate of 400-6001Hr (Single feed) or 800 - 1200mlHr. (Dual Feed), within a sizing range of 100mm to 2000mm and stripping length of 5mm to 20mm.
  The machine strips only one end of sized wire-length.
  The Sizing and Stripping operation is carried out by a customised motorised cut-strip tool head, the desired length of the wire is feed into the cut-strip tool-head by feed unit which employs an electronically controlled, roll-feed assembly.
  For operation of the machine, the desired strip length is set on the "Cut-Strip" tool-head, the desired wire-length is set through the four-digit "Wire-length" thumb-wheel switches.
  Drag free teed of wire is maintained to the machine through spool-holders/wire de-reelers supplied along with the machine.
