Wire Preparation

• MODEL; WPH~200, is an automatic wire/rope/cable/tube/strip sizing machine with a pneumatice-press cutting head to cut the most tough and large cross section materials like battery cables, braided wire,plastic tube, strips etc.
• Battery cables/braids upto 25sq mm cross-sectional area can be processed in the machine. The cut imparted to the processed material is square and burr-less.The feed-rate of the machine is 200m to 600m/Hr. depending on the wire/cable type and weight of the spool.
• Wire length is set through four-digit thumb wheel switches.
• Cable de-reeler is provided with the machine, which could be passive (non- powered) or powered depending on the spool size and weight.

• MODEL: WSC-50 Is a high capacity wire/ cable sizing machine for long
  wires / cables, specially suitable to the Coiled-Cord, mains-lead manufacturers. The machine is equally suitable for solid-section copper-enamel wires which have to be sized before winding.
• The normal sizing range of the machine is 0.5 meter to 2.5 meter, other sizing range can be custom built.
  • This is an electro-pneumatic, rotory fly-arm, floor mountable machine. Each fly arm is provided with a dedicated" Cut" & "Clamp" head that operates in a synchronised cycle to size the wire as per the lengths set on the fly-arms.
• A geared AC-Induction motor powers the rotory fly-arms and compressed-air powers the Cut and Clamp head on the two fly arms.
• The machine can size wires/cables from 1 mm to 12mm diameters at a
  production rate of upto 2500 m/Hr.

• MODEL WST-04F is an automatic flat cable stripper employing thermo mechanical/mechanical mode of stripping of the PVC/and other insulations from the flat cable / ribbon.
• A precision Form-Die made from special grade tool steel forms the mechanical -shear component of the stripping process. The thermal component is brought in for processing special insulations by heating the form-die to a temperature of 60-80° C during the stripping operation. The thermal component is very small but aids the mechanical stripping operation by providing uniformity of shear and reduction of stripping forces for delicated insulation and core materials.
• The flat cable/ribbon is fed into the machine and then the strippig cycle is initiated. The form-dies clamp the cable and after a preset time, two feed rollers pull the cable out in a contolled manner, removing the stripped PVC/insulation. The cable can be full-stripped or half-stripped depending on application.
• The strip-!ength can be. set .easily. Different Form-Dies (o.ptional) can take care of the entire range of wire pitches. Cables upto 35 mm width can processed on the machine.
