MODEL: DES-MOD-01 : Is a versatile Rework, Repair and De-soldering system suitable for all type of populated (single sided, PTH, Multilater & Hybrid) PCB assemblies and components.
- The system comprises of a Temperature controlled solder work station, with a four-point-rest work platfonn and a set of Dip-pot nozzles to suit different de - soldering needs.
- A conventional tweezer or a miniature nose-pliar can be used to pull-out the desoldered component once the solder melts and reflows.
- Separate Dip-pots with suitable nozzles are provided to De-solder/Rework on 8, 14, 16 20, 28 and 40 pin ICs and IC Bases. Even SOTs and CER-DIP ICs can be De-soldered with suitable selection of De-soldering nozzles.
- The solder work station can be put to other uses when not being used for de - soldering-some of the applications are: Dip-soldering small PCBs, tinnning component leads and tinning stripped ends of multistrand wires.

MODEL: SMDR-10, AUTOMATIC SMD REWORK STATION
MODEL: SMDR-10 is a completely automatic rework (soldering & desoldering) station for SMD PCB assemblies, with the most advanced features integrated in its design. The station employs an Infra - red, focussed beam reverse PCB preheater to preheat the SMD PCB assembly, prior and during the rework operation.
- A special triple parametric control system (Heat, Air flow rate and Heat timings) is used to heat and control the temperature of the hot air (Used in the system as a source of heat.). It provides a very accurate and stable temperature control accuracy in the usable range of 100-4000C.
- The heat gun is lowered automatically by a servo-Controlled motor and timed by a precision timer (for soldering and desoldering cycle time.)
- With all operating parameters being controlled automatically, the rewok station is independent of operator's skill and is highly ergonomic. Operator has both his hands free to carry out the PCB placement, component removal and positioning during the rework operation.
- A set of nozzle adaptors is provided to handle different device type and 0utlines, viz. SMD, SOT, SOIC, PLCC, etc.

- Soldrability testing is an important Quality Control procedure in the electronic industry and should be carried out regularly or periodically on sample basis on all the Components and materials used in the actual soldering process.
- Model: AST-01, can be used for testing the soldrability of printed cir-cuit Boards, UJ (the edge dip test, described in the EIA specification. RS 319 and by the Institute § Of Printed Circuits (IPC) in standard S801) solid wire Leads, terminals, and conductive accessories of component parts nonnally joined by soft soldering § (applicable test standards are EIA standard RS 178A,and MIL-STD-202C, method 208A).
- Model: AST-01, in-corporates an automatic Dipping and Lifting mechanism which 5 lowers the pre-fluxed soldrability-test-sample into the solder bath at a fixed speed (speed can be varied as per sample/test standard requinnent from 5mm/sec. to 25mm/-sec). Once the dipping stroke is complete, the transport mechanism stops for a pre-detennined time (soak time, variable between 1s-6sec.) And then executes the lifting stroke.
- The system in-corporates all the requirements of the various soldrability test standards and is a very handy and essential quality control tool
